Project Description: Spearheaded the creation of the ProService Hawaii “Customer Evidence Program” by working with satisfied clients to produce and market customer evidence videos. Created an “engine” working with an outside marketing company that produces one customer evidence video every 2 weeks and produced a “black book” for sales with useful anecdotes and stories by industry.
Worked with clients to cross-promote videos on social media channels and through local earned media that activated both brands and increased brand awareness.
